Rules
You decide what earns XP.
Each activity has its own XP and a daily limit, so one long day on court can't top the table on its own.
- XP for matches, wins, tournaments, daily logins, posts and more
- A daily limit for every activity
- Points worked out from XP with an effort level and a conversion factor you set
- Streaks that reset when a member misses one, or never

Questions
What clubs ask before switching it on.
Who sets the rules?
Your club does, in the Gamification section of the web admin: basic rules, club quests, the leaderboard and points redemption.
What's the difference between XP, points and loyalty points?
XP sets a member's level. Points are worked out from XP and earned across Courtwin. Loyalty points belong to your club, and members spend them on your vouchers.
What can members redeem points for?
Vouchers your club creates, each with a point cost, a quota and a limit per member. Staff see every claim and can approve it, reject it or mark it fulfilled.
Can a quest run for one week only?
Yes. Regular quests have a start and end date. Milestone quests can have a time frame too, with points at each milestone.
How do loyalty tiers work?
Tiers let members who play more earn loyalty points faster. They're set up with the Courtwin team.
