Court pricing
Paint the week, then see what each player pays.
Every court carries its own prices by day and time range, with seasonal dates when you need them. Switch on dynamic pricing and the public price moves with demand between a floor and a ceiling you set.

A price per court, day and time range, plus seasonal dates for summer or the holidays.
Demand pricing
A multiplier between your minimum and maximum, weighted by demand, courts left and how soon the slot starts.
Member protection
Members can be kept off surge prices entirely, have the surge capped, or get part of it taken off.
Recurring plans
Same court, same night, every week.
Sell weekly or biweekly plans, or hold a group's standing slot on the same court, days and time. When a subscription renews, the next period's bookings are created for you, and you're warned when a week clashes with something already on the court.
- Weekly, biweekly or custom plans with sessions per week, allowed days, a price and a billing period
- Auto-renew, pause and resume, with weekly usage against each plan's limit
- Mark it paid in cash, by card or from the wallet, or send a payment link

Questions
What clubs ask about pricing and memberships.
Can members avoid surge prices?
Yes. When dynamic pricing pushes a slot above its usual price, member protection can keep a membership on the usual price, cap the multiplier, or take a percentage off the surge. It only comes into play when the price goes up.
How does dynamic pricing set the price?
You set base prices per court, day and time. With dynamic pricing on, Courtwin applies a multiplier between the minimum and maximum you choose, weighted by demand, how many courts are left and how soon the slot starts. You decide whether players see a surge indicator, the usual price or a full breakdown.
What's the difference between a membership and a package?
A membership changes what a player pays: a discount, a flat price per booking or a price per hour, on the courts, days and times you choose. A package is a number of sessions bought up front and valid for a set number of days after purchase.
Can a group keep the same court every week?
Yes. A recurring booking holds the same court, days and time every week or every few weeks. When it renews, the next period's bookings are created, and you're warned if a week clashes with another booking.
Do vouchers apply on their own?
No. Every voucher is a code that players enter at checkout. You set the discount, the cap, the minimum, how many times it can be used, the dates and what it applies to.
