Rules you set once
A deposit holds the table, for a set time.
Set the deposit per guest and the pay-by deadline in table settings. Courtwin checks every minute and releases any table that wasn't paid in time.

Questions
Common questions about tables.
How does a player add a table to a court booking?
While booking the court, they choose Add a courtside table, pick a zone and the number of seats, and Courtwin assigns an open table in that zone. Each guest then pays for their own seat.
What happens when a deposit isn't paid in time?
Every reservation has a pay-by deadline, set in minutes before arrival. Courtwin checks every minute. A table that isn't paid by then is released and goes back on the floor as open, and the court booking stays exactly as it was.
Do guests get their money back when a table is released?
A dining hold releases with nothing to refund, because nothing was charged. Seats already paid on a courtside table are refunded the way your venue's refund settings say.
Can we take walk-ins?
Yes. Seat a party from the waitlist on an open table, or add a walk-in reservation from the floor. Joining the waitlist doesn't need a deposit.
Can people book a table without playing?
Yes. Your club site has a public reserve page where guests pick a day, a time and a table, add their details and pay the deposit. They can share the page so each guest pays their own seat.
How do we set up our floor?
Open the zone and table editor on desktop, add your zones, drag the tables into place and set each one's shape and seats. The deposit per guest and the pay-by deadline live in table settings.
