Plans with a joining fee, a shared Family & friends plan for brothers, sisters and friends, and terms the parent accepts before paying. Each acceptance is kept with the version of the terms they saw.

Every member, and what's going on with them.
Each member's record holds their attendance, absences, pauses, payments and requests. Families send absence notices from the app, and the academy adds make-up credits with a note.

Sell the season the way your families pay for it.
Offer a season package paid once or in two instalments, or a monthly plan charged by card. Set the joining fee, change one member's price when you need to, and update your terms without losing who agreed to what.

When a payment fails
A declined card is retried before anyone has to chase it.
If a card is declined, the member stays active for a grace period while the charge is retried, and the family can pay or update their card. If it still isn't paid, the membership is suspended and the place is kept until the month is settled.

Questions
What academies ask before moving their season.
Can brothers and sisters share one membership?
Yes. A Family & friends plan has one payer and one price for up to the number of members you set. Parents add their own children, and others can be added by email or by name.
What happens when I change the terms?
Terms have versions. When you publish a new one you can ask members to accept it again, and each acceptance is kept with its version. For members under age, the request goes to their guardian.
What if a card payment fails?
The charge is retried and the member stays active during a grace period, while the family can pay or update the card. If it isn't paid, the membership is suspended and the place is kept until the month is settled.
Can families pay at the desk?
Yes, in cash, by card or by bank transfer. On a monthly plan the desk settles a missed month in full; the plan itself is started by the family with their card in the app.
Do you support season payments, not just monthly?
Yes. Sell a season package paid once or in two instalments, or a monthly plan charged on the same day each month.
How do make-up classes work?
The academy adds make-up credits to a member with a note on why, and coaches log make-up sessions when they're used.
